ruu.social (eski adıyla CampaignBot), bir kuruluşun sosyal medya hesaplarını tek panelden yönetmesini
sağlayan bir hizmettir: gönderi planlama ve yayınlama, Instagram yorumlarından tetiklenen özel mesaj
kampanyaları, raporlama. Bu politika hangi verileri, neden ve ne kadar süre işlediğimizi, kimlerle
paylaştığımızı ve haklarınızı açıklar. Hizmet ruu.social ve bot.ndr.ist
adreslerinde sunulur.
1. Kimlerin verisi işlenir

Gelen kutunuzdaki diğer yazışmalar okunmaz ve saklanmaz. Takipçi listesi, kişi rehberi, ödeme bilgisi ya da parola alınmaz. Platform erişim anahtarları veritabanında şifreli (Fernet) saklanır.
3. Platform verileri için özel hükümler
3.1 Meta (Instagram ve Facebook)
Instagram ile giriş ve Facebook ile giriş (işletme) yoluyla aldığımız veriler yalnız yukarıdaki amaçlar için kullanılır. Meta'dan alınan veri reklam amacıyla üçüncü kişilere satılmaz, kullanıcı profili oluşturmak için kullanılmaz. Uygulamanın erişimini Instagram ya da Facebook ayarlarından (Ayarlar → Uygulamalar ve web siteleri) kaldırabilirsiniz; Meta bize bu kaldırmayı bildirir ve verileriniz veri silme sayfasındaki süre içinde silinir.
3.2 Google ve YouTube
ruu.social, YouTube kanalınıza video yüklemek ve kanal bilgisini göstermek için
YouTube API Hizmetleri'ni kullanır. Google ile giriş yaptığınızda yalnız
youtube.upload ve youtube.readonly kapsamlarını isteriz. Bu kapsamlar
video yüklemeye, yükleme durumunu ve kanal bilgisini okumaya izin verir; başka Google verisine erişmez.
Hizmeti kullanarak YouTube Hizmet Şartları'nı kabul
etmiş olursunuz; Google Gizlilik Politikası ayrıca
geçerlidir. Sakladığımız Google verisi: kanal kimliği ve adı, yenileme anahtarı (şifreli), yüklenen videonun
kimliği ve durumu. Erişimi Google hesap
izinleri sayfasından istediğiniz an kaldırabilirsiniz. ruu.social'ın Google API'lerinden aldığı
bilgiyi kullanması ve başka uygulamalara aktarması, Sınırlı Kullanım gereklilikleri dahil
Google API Hizmetleri
Kullanıcı Verisi Politikası'na uyar.
3.3 TikTok
TikTok ile giriş (Login Kit) ve İçerik Yayınlama API'si ile aldığımız veriler: açık kimlik (open_id), görünen ad, profil resmi, yayınlama durumu. Gönderinin gizlilik düzeyini, yorum/duet/stitch izinlerini her gönderide siz seçersiniz; ruu.social seçiminizi aynen iletir. Erişimi TikTok uygulamasından (Ayarlar → Güvenlik → Bağlı uygulamalar) kaldırabilirsiniz.
3.4 WordPress
Siteniz için ürettiğiniz uygulama parolası şifreli saklanır ve yalnız yazı yayınlamak için kullanılır.
4. Hukuki dayanak
Veriler, KVKK m.5/2-c (sözleşmenin ifası) ve m.5/2-f (meşru menfaat) ile, Avrupa Birliği'ndeki kullanıcılar için GDPR m.6/1-b ve m.6/1-f kapsamında işlenir. Platform hesabı bağlama, platformun onay ekranında verdiğiniz açık izne dayanır.

6. Paylaşım ve alt işleyenler
Verileriniz satılmaz, reklam için paylaşılmaz. Hizmeti sunmak için şu sağlayıcılarla çalışırız:

Sunucular Türkiye'dedir. Platform API'leri gereği veriler ilgili platformun kendi altyapısına iletilir.
7. Güvenlik
Bağlantılar TLS ile şifrelidir. Erişim anahtarları ve parolalar uygulama düzeyinde şifreli saklanır. Her işlem denetim günlüğüne yazılır. Erişim, kuruluş ve rol bazında sınırlandırılır.
8. Haklarınız
KVKK m.11 ve GDPR m.15–22 kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama ve taşınabilirlik hakkınız vardır. Talebinizi [email protected] adresine yazın; 30 gün içinde cevap veririz. Silme adımları: Veri silme.
9. Çocuklar
Hizmet 18 yaş altına yönelik değildir; bilerek çocuk verisi işlenmez.
10. Değişiklikler
Politika değişince bu sayfadaki tarih güncellenir; önemli değişiklikler kayıtlı kullanıcılara e-posta ile bildirilir.

ruu.social (formerly CampaignBot) is a service that lets an organization manage its social media
accounts from one panel: scheduling and publishing posts, running comment-triggered direct message
campaigns on Instagram, and reporting. This policy explains what data we process, why, for how long,
with whom we share it, and your rights. The service is available at ruu.social and
bot.ndr.ist.
1. Whose data we process
- Panel users: people who sign in and connect accounts on behalf of their organization.
- Connected accounts: the Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or WordPress accounts a user connects, and their content data.
- End users: people who comment on a connected account's post or receive a direct message.

We do not read or store other conversations in your inbox. We do not collect follower lists, contacts, payment details or passwords. Platform access tokens are stored encrypted (Fernet).
3. Platform-specific terms
3.1 Meta (Instagram and Facebook)
Data received through Instagram Login and Facebook Login for Business is used only for the purposes above. It is never sold, used for advertising, or used to build user profiles. You can remove the app from your Instagram or Facebook settings (Settings → Apps and Websites); Meta notifies us and your data is deleted within the period stated on the data deletion page.
3.2 Google and YouTube
ruu.social uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to your YouTube channel and to
display channel information. When you sign in with Google we request only the
youtube.upload and youtube.readonly scopes, which allow uploading videos and
reading upload status and channel details; no other Google data is accessed. By using the service you
agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; the
Google Privacy Policy also applies. Google data we
store: channel ID and title, refresh token (encrypted), uploaded video ID and status. You can revoke
access at any time on the Google
security settings page. ruu.social's use and transfer to any other app of information received from
Google APIs will adhere to the
Google API Services User
Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3.3 TikTok
Through TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API we receive your open_id, display name, avatar and posting status. For every post you choose the privacy level and whether comments, duet and stitch are allowed; ruu.social passes your choice through unchanged. You can revoke access in the TikTok app (Settings → Security → Connected apps).
3.4 WordPress
The application password you create for your site is stored encrypted and used only to publish articles.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on performance of a contract and legitimate interest (Turkish KVKK art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f; GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) for users in the EU). Connecting a platform account is based on the explicit consent you give on the platform's authorization screen.
5. Retention

6. Sharing and sub-processors
We never sell your data or share it for advertising. We rely on these providers to deliver the service: Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram and Facebook APIs); Google LLC (YouTube API Services, Sign in with Google); TikTok Pte. Ltd. (TikTok APIs); Cloudflare, Inc. (network security, CDN, R2 media storage); Anthropic, PBC (AI classification of comment text; data is not used for model training). Servers are located in Türkiye. Data is transmitted to each platform's own infrastructure as required by its API.
7. Security
Connections are encrypted with TLS. Access tokens and passwords are encrypted at the application level. Every action is written to an audit log. Access is restricted by organization and role.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of and port your data (KVKK art. 11; GDPR art. 15–22). Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. Deletion steps: Data deletion.
9. Children
The service is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly process children's data.
10. Changes
When this policy changes we update the date on this page and email registered users about material changes.
