Veri Silme Yönergesi

Verilerinizi üç yoldan sildirebilirsiniz. Hangi yolu seçerseniz seçin, sonuç aynıdır: bağlı hesabın erişim anahtarı hemen iptal edilir, ilgili bütün kayıtlar 30 gün içinde silinir, yedekler 60 gün içinde döner. Silme tamamlanınca e-posta ile bilgi veririz.
1. Panelden
- ruu.social paneline giriş yapın.
- Hesaplar sayfasında ilgili platform hesabının yanındaki Bağlantıyı kaldır düğmesine basın. Yalnız o hesabın verisi silinir.
- Bütün verilerinizi silmek için Ayarlar → Hesabı sil adımını kullanın.

3. E-posta ile
[email protected] adresine, hangi hesabın (kullanıcı adı ya da e-posta) silinmesini istediğinizi yazın. Kimliğinizi doğrulamak için aynı hesaptan yazmanızı ya da panel e-postanızı kullanmanızı isteriz. 7 gün içinde cevap veririz.
Yorum yazan ya da mesaj alan kişiler için
Bir Instagram gönderisine yorum yazdınız ve ruu.social üzerinden özel mesaj aldıysanız, kullanıcı adınızı yazarak aynı e-posta adresinden silme isteyebilirsiniz. Kaydınız 7 gün içinde silinir.
Data Deletion Instructions (English)

You can have your data deleted in three ways. The result is the same in every case: the connected account's access token is revoked immediately, all related records are deleted within 30 days, and backups rotate within 60 days. We confirm by email when deletion is complete.
1. From the panel
- Sign in to the ruu.social panel.
- On the Accounts page, click Disconnect next to the platform account. Only that account's data is deleted.
- To delete everything, use Settings → Delete account.
2. From the platform's own settings

3. By email
Write to [email protected] and tell us which account (username or email) to delete. To verify your identity we ask you to write from the same account or from your panel email. We answer within 7 days.
For people who commented or received a message
If you commented on an Instagram post and received a direct message through ruu.social, email us your username from the address above and we delete your record within 7 days.
